Situated just 3 kms from town of Caylus with shops, mini supermarket, bars, restaurants, post office, leisure activities (incl. tennis courts & lake for picnics) / town of Villefranche de Rouergue is approx. 20 mins drive with all main supermarkets & commerce.

The house is also within easy reach of the medieval town of St. Antonin Noble Val (20 min drive) which was the location for the recent film 'The Hundred Foot Journey' starring Helen Mirren. With its varied sporting activities including kayaking, rock climbing, zip wire, horse riding etc the surrounding countryside also provides ample opportunities for walking & cycling.

Location: short drive from Albi (1 hour) / Cordes sur Ciel (30 mins) and the wine district of Gaillac (45 mins). The historical city of Toulouse is 1 hr 15 mins. away.
